We are currently hiring for multiple openings within our manufacturing and repair operations team. Candidates may be placed into either the

MFG Operator I

or

Repair Tech I

position based on experience, technical ability, and overall qualifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment working with computer hardware, server racks, and electronic assemblies. Position Placement Applicants will be considered for one of the following positions based on qualifications and experience:MFG Operator I Job Responsibilities Perform product assembly operations on components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies Assemble server racks and integrate computer hardware components Follow work instructions, procedures, and assembly sequences Utilize hand tools and power screwdrivers during assemblyInstall rails, labels, and cables according to rack specifications Move materials between production and warehouse areas Package and unpack production materials Support additional manufacturing tasks as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow verbal and written instructionsComfortable working in a team environment Familiarity with manufacturing documentation preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on laddersGood manual dexterity Repair Tech I Job Responsibilities Perform setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical assemblies Follow test process instructions and manufacturing documentation Troubleshoot computer hardware and technical failures Rework assemblies and systems as neededPackage, move, label, and crate servers or racks Document findings and communicate technical issues clearly Perform additional assigned tasks as needed Qualifications Strong understanding of computer hardware Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Experience with manufacturing documentation and testing proceduresBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and teamwork skills 1–2 years of related experience preferred AS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders Why Join Us?
