This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week. The schedule will be Thursday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM./ph3Job Duties/h3ulliStrong leasing and marketing efforts/liliAssist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins/liliComplete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)/liliProvide excellent customer service to residents/liliProvide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliAt least one year of multi-family leasing experience/liliKnowledge of Fair Housing laws/liliAbility to take direction, yet be self-motivated/liliBe a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliComputer literate with good organizational skills/liliMust be available to work a part-time schedule of Thursday-Saturday, 9AM to 6PM/li/ulh3Education Requirements/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline/li/ulpAvailable schedule: Wednesday
