We're seeking a Process Technician to support research and development activities in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you'll perform technical testing, sample preparation, metrology inspections, and process monitoring while working closely with engineering teams to support customer demonstrations and internal development projects.

What You'll Do:

• Perform technical tests, experiments, and process monitoring activities within R&D environments
• Prepare and process wafer samples including cleaving, coating, mounting, and assembly
• Operate processing and metrology equipment, including SEM and thin-film measurement tools
• Compile, analyze, and document test results to support engineering evaluations
• Assist with troubleshooting, tool performance verification, and general cleanroom operations

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE, cleanroom suits, or smocks
• 1+ year of experience with sample preparation, SEM imaging, microscopy, laboratory testing, or related technical work
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical training in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Materials Science, or a related field

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience supporting semiconductor process development or R&D projects
• Experience with wafer metrology, thin-film measurement, or semiconductor inspection equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records across web-based applications
• Experience providing guidance or support to junior technicians or operators
