Manufacturing operator, Fremont, CA

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for the daily operation of production equipment and the manual assembly of products. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and meet established quality and compliance standards.  At Hyve Solution,we build careers. salary: $24 - $27 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a manufactoring operator includes overseeing the entire production flow, preparing raw materials to inspecting and packaging the final prodcut, also includes and is not limted to, 

• Setting up, calibrating, and operating industrial machinery or assembly lines. Adjusting settings and monitor performance to optimize output and prevent delays
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical or operational faults during production to minimize downtime
• Performing routine cleaning and basic repairs on machinery, while coordinating with maintenance teams for major overhauls
• Tracking production data, logging machine issues, and maintaining maintenance reports to keep production metrics accurate.
