The Director of Security Services will lead a team of over 170 security professionals, including Security Officers, Dispatchers, and Ambassadors. This role is integral to ensuring safety across all Community Medical Centers' campuses. The director will use strategic leadership and influence to foster a collaborative, de-escalation-focused security team, while making informed decisions that align with the organization's overall mission and goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a Healthcare-related field

7+ years of managerial or supervisory experience

Knowledge of healthcare security principles, program development techniques, and managerial skills

Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record

Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (IAHSS) within 1 year of hire

State of California Guard Card within 1 year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of healthcare security experience

5+ years of experience in healthcare-related security programs

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Proven experience with risk management and security operations
