This role requires a deep commitment to science-based, accelerated, and equitable climate action, as well as the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to enact bold, climate-friendly policies.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience in a senior management role, with a strong background in team leadership, operations, and a nurturing organizational culture.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, a superior collaborator, and a persuasive advocate for the mission.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the management team, working with the Board of Directors, and partnering with development staff to execute fundraising plans.
