The Remarketing Customer Service Representative / Inventory Control Specialist supports the Remarketing Department by managing customer transactions, maintaining accurate used equipment inventory records, and coordinating equipment movement from acquisition through disposition.
This role ensures inventory accuracy across company, partner, and auction locations while supporting sales, remarketing, and asset control efforts.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Process customer purchase orders, verifying accuracy of equipment serial numbers, descriptions, and pricing
Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory records in Syspro and other internal systems
Audit partner yard and auction inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Monitor days of inventory and identify units requiring transfer, remarketing, or liquidation
Coordinate transportation of equipment to customers, partner yards, and auction facilities
Work with customers, partner yards, and auction companies to ensure inventory accuracy at all stages
Utilize Microsoft Office and internal software programs for paperwork, reporting, and inventory management
Support auction partners and remarketing channels as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
Flexible schedule and ability to work extra hours as needed
Strong audit skills
Occasional travel will be required
Physical And Work Requirements:
Ability to work in both office and outdoor equipment yard environments
Ability to walk equipment yards and visually inspect equipment
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
Pay: $***** $***** per hour
