Own escalations and turn unhappy customers into loyal ones
Make smart scheduling decisions using CRM/dispatch tools (tech availability, urgency, routing, capacity)
Save cancellations, support reschedules, and keep the board full
Communicate confidently with customers and field teams
Document accurately and follow through-every time
What we're looking for:
3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role
Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy
Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure
Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
