An exciting opportunity awaits for a United Airlines Customer Service Agent to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, follow safety procedures and company policies, and assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep.
Other duties include provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, along with gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with processing returns and exchanges, work collaboratively across teams and departments.
To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
