The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and spearhead efforts to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for our AI service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI consulting, development, and integration services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets across commercial and government sectors.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and inbound inquiries.
Present AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex capabilities into business value.
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to shape proposals, scope engagements, and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, competitive landscape, and buyer pain points.
Provide regular forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strategic input to senior leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the AI, SaaS, or IT consulting industry.
Proven success in selling complex technology services or solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools like TensorFlow, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
Network of AI/Tech buyers or procurement contacts.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidate MUST satisfy 80% of job requirements to submit resume. Candidates who are clearly unqualified (less than 60% skill match), or lacks legal work status will be rejected & reported.
