Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Waitstaff are paid weekly their hourly wage and tips.
*Responsibilities*
- Shift will be Thursday-Sunday 5-CL
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Build positive relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register (Clover)
- Exceptional guest relations skills to provide top-notch service
- Knowledge of sanitization practices to maintain a clean environment
- Experience upselling Beer and Wine to guest
