The Frisco RoughRiders seek an energetic, professional, self-starting individual with strong planning and organizational skills. Individual must demonstrate an initiative in completing all tasks at hand. Must be able to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives.Core Responsibilities:

Continue to be creative and innovative with our selection of merchandise Develop an action and sales plan to increase merchandise sales annually which includes marketing Maintain overall appearance of the Merchandise Store including apparel and displays Order merchandise and verify invoices and deliveries upon arrivalAssist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in storage areas Organize and execute store wide inventory Prepare daily reports and deposits as necessary Fulfill online orders daily (pick, pack, and ship) with accuracy and efficiency Ensure that the fans' shopping experience exceed their expectationsKeep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and operational Handle customer complaints Required Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and customer service (especially for online customers) Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience Previous merchandising experience Interest in sports, entertainment or live events Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Details:

This is a paid summer internship (stipend) Nights and weekends are required, including home game days Provides hands-on experience in sports merchandising and retail operations. The Frisco RoughRiders play at beautiful Riders Field in Frisco. After unveiling new logos, team colors and uniforms before the 2015 season, the RoughRiders became one of the biggest merchandise sellers in all of Minor League Baseball.
