Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help us continue delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient histories

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff

Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness strategies

Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and staff development

Advocate for patients within the healthcare system and community resources

Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California

Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant NP track)

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical NP experience (new grads with relevant clinical rotations considered)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, integrated care setting

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog)
