Position: Full-time Call Center Agent
Pay Rate: $***** per hour
Hours: 40 hrs Full time
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide excellent customer service
Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures
What We're Looking For:
Strong attendance and reliability
Clear communication skills
Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day
