Large manufacturing company targeting a Controller to join the team!
Location: Onsite North OC/La Habra
Compensation:
$150,000 – $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Company Car!
Reports to: CFO
Targeting Candidate with experience:

Strategic decision making for a company as a whole
CSuite partnership
Managing a P&L
Team Leadership/staff development
CAPEX evaluations
Potential M&A oversight
Providing insight into financial moves to make to assist future health of the organization
Budgeting/Forecasting
Blended accounting and finance background ideal
Duties:
Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Direct the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities to support business planning and performance management.
Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and applicable financial regulations.
Manage internal controls and continuously improve accounting procedures and financial processes.
Coordinate and lead external audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with auditors.
Provide financial analysis and support for capital expenditures, operational investments, and strategic initiatives.
Develop, mentor, and lead accounting and finance team members.
Support ad hoc reporting, special projects, and strategic business initiatives.
Promote and uphold the Company's ethical standards, business principles, and commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or related environments.
