Job Title: Cleanroom Technician Inspector Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Cleanroom Technician Inspector, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of surgical one-time-use items, instruments, and kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers. In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting kits for defects, from first article inspection to final inspection.1 Opening - 1st Shift - Monday- Friday - 6am– 2:30pm MUST be able to work OT starting at 5 am and be flexible to work OT until 3:30 pm or Saturday's as needed 1 Opening - 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday - Train in 2nd shift for 1 month 2pm - 10:30 pm - Limited OT during training but MUST be able to work OT before the shift and Saturday's for holiday weeksResponsibilities Inspect materials before and after sterilization in the cleanroom (Colimatic Department). Inspect produced goods and approve or reject production appropriately. Release finished goods by manual documentation in inventory. Verify product and quantities of items picked for shipping.Perform internal audits of company operations. Execute all duties of a production line packager/worker. Communicate and collaborate effectively with production, purchasing, quality, and management to achieve assigned goals and objectives. Meet objectives of the quality management system and recommend improvements as needed.Essential Skills Proficiency in manufacturing and quality control processes. Experience in quality assurance, quality inspection, assembly, and visual inspection. Understanding of quality checks within a cleanroom environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy. Additional Skills&Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is beneficial. At least 6 months of experience in production/manufacturing with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills with customers and staff members within the company. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Punctuality and preparedness to work.Why Work Here?
