The

Branch Manager

is responsible for below specific duties.

Your Specific Duties Will Include: Overseeing the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and compliance. Hiring, training, and developing branch staff while fostering a strong team environment. Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships.Monitoring and analyzing branch performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensuring the branch's overall profitability and financial success. Delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive client experience. Specific Qualifications for the Position Include: Proven sales ability and demonstrated success in growing branch revenue.Minimum of

7 years

experience in a branch banking environment. Minimum of

5 years

experience in branch management. Minimum of

3 years

experience managing complex business and consumer accounts. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and customer service. Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees. Active involvement in business-related community organizations (e.g., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).Notary Public preferred. Pay Rate Range:

$74,880 - $101,200 per year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
