Alta Resources is hiring Customer Service Representatives, located at our Ortigas, Pasig City call center, to support our client's products. You bring the desire to succeed as a customer service professional and we'll provide the necessary training and on-going education. Previous work experience in healthcare and retail, or call center industries is helpful but not required.Duties&Qualities
Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client's customers Help facilitate, analyze&resolve customer issues Provide product support, solutions&additional product information Strong desire and passion to help and serve others High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers Working at Alta Resources
