Construction Project Manager Ii, Gainesville

Provide project management and oversight for major and minor University of Florida (UF) construction and renovation projects.
Develop architectural and engineering facilities programs for buildings and other physical facilities.
Estimate building costs.
Establish project budgets, and planning and construction schedules.
Minimum requirements:
Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, planning or building construction and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
