Education: Graduation from an accredited law school with excellent academic standing; law review, journal, or significant law school writing and editing experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The selected candidate will serve as one of the two law clerks assisting the judge in the analysis of cases and motions, and the drafting of orders and published opinions. The position requires an attorney with excellent research, writing, and editing skills who will prepare in-depth analyses of legal issues and present ideas orally and in writing to the court's judges. Time management skills and the ability to work effectively with others are crucial.
