Pay From: $60 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Social Worker - LCWS - C

Minimum of 2 years direct services experience in a health services

MUST be Licensed clinician in relevant discipline LCSW in the Maryland

MUST have MD license

MUST have experience in geriatric patients

DUTIES:

The Social Worker - LCSW - C will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Develop and maintain client case records, plans and reports; compile data for statistical and billing purposes.

Attend and participate in stabilization meetings, as needed.

Conduct intake evaluations/screenings with resident/client and/or family and evaluations.
