General Manager – Rockville, MD

We’re hiring a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations for a fast-paced, high-volume bagel shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to run a location like their own business and earn strong performance-based income.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations from open to close in a high-volume environment
• Lead, hire, train, and schedule a high-performing team
• Manage inventory, ordering, cleanliness, food safety, and store standards
• Drive revenue through upselling, local marketing, and customer retention
• Track sales, labor, and waste to improve profitability
• Jump in on the floor during peak hours (register, line, prep, etc.)
• Deliver fast, friendly, high-quality customer experience

Schedule:
Saturday–Wednesday: 7AM–3PM
Thursday–Friday: 7AM–4PM

Compensation:
$50K–$60K base salary
Performance bonus up to ~$30K annually (revenue-based)

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant, café, deli, bakery, or fast-casual management experience
Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
Strong operational, staffing, and customer service experience
Comfortable with early mornings and weekend schedule
