Description
A growing, fast-paced technology and product-driven company in the Rockville, MD area is seeking an Office & Operations Manager to support day-to-day business operations, internal coordination, logistics, and administrative execution across the organization.

This is a highly visible role supporting leadership directly and helping bring structure, organization, and operational follow-through to a dynamic environment. The company is seeking someone adaptable, resourceful, and proactive — someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping keep priorities moving. This is a start-up environment and core skills in: 

  • ERP Systems
  • Order management
  • Operations coordination

  • Internal execution support
  • Ability and demonstrated experience in pivoting based on business demands
  • Keeping moving pieces organized
While a Bachelor's degree is highly desirable, candidates with start-up experinece and no degree are encouraged to apply. 

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Support internal teams with operational coordination, scheduling, tracking, and execution
  • Manage and maintain ERP/CRM systems, reporting, and operational data accuracy
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support order tracking, purchasing coordination, invoicing, and logistics activities
  • Assist leadership with special projects, process improvement, and operational organization
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, technical, and customer-facing teams
  • Help identify workflow gaps and improve operational efficiency
  • Support onboarding, office organization, inventory/supplies, and general business operations as needed
