/ppPosition Overview/ppCandidates will be responsible for the safe and timely execution of warehouse activities to include the loading and off-loading of deliveries.
They will track the receipt of in-bound and issuance of out-bound inventory items.
Candidates will work with site employees and vendors to order parts, schedule services and ensure adequate levels of inventory are always maintained.
They will process purchase requests and monitor the progress of requested parts and services.
Candidates will also assist with coordinating office activities such as invoicing, accruals, records control, and other administrative activities as needed.
Candidates will strictly adhere to all safety and environmental rules and regulations to protect employees and public safety.
/ppResponsibilities/pulliCompetently maintain warehouse inventory by monitoring min/max levels.
/liliReceive inventory and track via the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
/liliPerform quarterly inventory checks utilizing CMMS inventory list.
/liliCoordinate the inspection of site equipment (tools, vehicles and facility related items).
/liliOperate hoisting and lifting devices, such as chain hoists, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
/liliInteract with vendors to ensure the timely shipping and receiving of purchased parts.
/liliPerform general housekeeping and continuous improvement to optimize warehouse organization.
/liliWork with plant management on financial reporting (accrual and invoice reporting).
/liliFully support the use of the facilitys computerized maintenance management system by recording and updating inventory and purchase orders entered via the site CMMS.
/liliAttend on and off-site training as required.
/liliOther duties as assigned.
/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliQualified to operate warehouse style forklift or all terrain style telehandler.
/liliProficient with Microsoft Office software.
/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent.
/liliValid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
/liliAbility to work overtime as required.
/liliAbility to climb ladders and stairs/liliLift objects (up to 50 pounds).
/liliWear necessary personal protective equipment (Safety toe boots, hard hat, eye protection).
/liliEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience with administrative processes (purchase request creation, invoicing, accruals).
/liliExperience with warehousing operations (inventory management, shipping receiving).
/liliExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
/liliStrong interpersonal skills.
/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills.
/li/ulpBase Pay/pp$***** - $***** USD Annual Bonus: 0% - 10%/ppThe base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
