Roll-Off Truck Operator (CDL Driver) Action Dumpsters Gaithersburg, MD / Leesburg, VA $25– $29 per hour + Overtime Opportunities Full-Time

Our fleet consists of new automatic trucks equipped with auto tarpers, making the job safer and easier for our drivers. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for motivated drivers who want to grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking a Roll-Off Truck Operator (CDL Driver) to deliver and pick up dumpsters using our hooklift trucks. Drivers will safely transport containers to and from job sites and disposal facilities while providing friendly, professional customer service.

Experience in the roll-off or waste industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Pay&Benefits $25– $29 per hour (based on experience) Overtime available Weekend work opportunities PPE provided Uniform or uniform allowance Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Modern equipment with automatic transmissions and auto tarpers Responsibilities Deliver and pick up dumpsters using hooklift roll-off trucksSafely transport containers to disposal facilities Follow daily routes using our driver app Maintain accurate records through the driver app Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment Communicate professionally with customers on job sites Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulationsRequirements CDL Class A or B required Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb on/off truck and equipment safely Strong work ethic and reliability Friendly and professional communication with customers Experience in the roll-off or trash industry is a plus but not requiredService Area Drivers operate throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland.
