Construction Superintendent, Rockville

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Project Superintendent - Data Centers (DMV / Northern VA)!

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects across Northern Virginia. Responsible for daily site coordination, schedule execution, safety, and quality-delivering projects on time in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities: -Lead field operations, subcontractors, and daily huddles -Drive schedule, sequencing, and milestone completion -Coordinate with owners, engineers, and trades on mission-critical systems -Oversee inspections, QA/QC, and commissioning readiness -Enforce strict safety standards and maintain site documentation-Manage RFIs, submittals, and field-level problem solving

Compensation: -$88K-$105K + bonus, vehicle/allowance, and strong benefits package.

Qualifications: -5-8+ years of commercial construction experience (data center or mission-critical preferred) -OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid -Strong scheduling (look-aheads), QA/QC, and subcontractor management skills -Experience with MEP systems (power, HVAC, BMS, life safety) -Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
