Major Responsibility: Answer main Casino phone lines in a professional manner. Other Responsibilities: Greets callers in a courteous and friendly manner. Directs calls efficiently and promptly. Provide requested information from callers. Maintain an up-to-date phone listing of all departments, radios, cell phones and pagers. Maintain the necessary telephone log of calls as directed. Be familiar and aware of all emergency numbers as needed. Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by Casino Services Coordinator.
