Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and dependable

Dispatcher

to coordinate and manage daily pick-up and delivery schedules for dental cases, materials, and completed restorations. This role is critical in ensuring timely communication between the laboratory, drivers, and dental offices while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily delivery and pick-up schedules for drivers and couriers. Dispatch drivers efficiently to dental offices based on priority, route, and deadlines. Maintain communication with dental offices regarding delivery times, case updates, and special requests. Track incoming and outgoing dental cases to ensure accuracy and timely completion.Monitor driver routes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent cases. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and customer communications. Assist with resolving delivery issues, delays, or scheduling conflicts. Work closely with production and customer service teams to prioritize case deadlines.Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Previous dispatching, logistics, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience in healthcare, dental, or laboratory environments is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.Occasional lifting of small packages or dental cases up to 20 lbs.
