Provides direction for the division, ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements. Compliance&Risk Management:

Monitors facility operations and physical properties, initiating changes to maintain compliance, and reporting issues to the Chief Compliance Officer. Financial&Resource Management:

Works with the CFO to prepare budgets, allocate funds based on cost studies, and manage departmental expenses. Human Resources:

Manages staff, including hiring, evaluating performance, and overseeing training and development. Strategic Collaboration:

Partners with BHS Corporate and Program Development staff to advance organizational goals. Requirements Education:

Typically requires a master's degree in business or healthcare administration, with 7 years of progressive administrative and leadership experience in service delivery. Skills:

Strong communication, budgetary, and computer skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and manage in a compliant manner.
