Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 100% onsite

Job Summary
The Order Processing Clerk (CSR) supports daily warehouse and logistics operations by serving as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and transportation partners.
This role manages order processing, shipment tracking, customer inquiries, and documentation for inbound and outbound freight.
Working closely with warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation teams, the coordinator ensures orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and customers receive timely updates in a fast-paced 3PL distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process client orders, receipts, and order confirmations accurately and timely
Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and internal staff via phone, email, or written correspondence
Maintain data integrity within internal company systems
Provide departmental support functions for assigned client accounts
Utilize facility information systems for order entry, inventory inquiries, and receipt processing
Complete daily reports, worksheets, and client-specific spreadsheets
Ensure accurate order entry and release information to staff as required
Answer customer billing questions and assist with monthly billing activities
Record and track customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Contact customers regarding order status, adjustments, or inquiries
Track client activities and maintain accurate daily records
Prepare shipping and operational documents, including Work Orders, Bills of Lading (BOLs and Master BOLs), Shipping Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and Barcode Labels
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
1+yrs.
experience with order processing, billing, or logistics support in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
