About the Position
Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team!
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department at Prairie Estate Townhomes.
Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community.
Responsibilities
Maintain the physical integrity of the assigned apartment community.
Perform all aspects of property maintenance including physical grounds upkeep.
Conduct preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance tasks.
Handle general building maintenance, custodial duties, and grounds maintenance.
Complete make-ready work to prepare apartments for new residents.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance.
Experience with carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
Some experience with A/C systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
