Pay Rate: $16/HR

Responsibilities:

Operate high-tech converting machinery to produce quality materials

Perform regular quality checks and basic maintenance

Minimize material waste and support sustainability initiatives

Use tools such as band saws and work closely with other departments

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to read and interpret detailed measurements (down to 1/32”)

Basic computer skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move for the duration of your shift

Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
