Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator (Hybrid Role) $18.50/hr 9:00am-5:30pm Job Summary The Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator is a versatile, hybrid role responsible for supporting multiple areas of warehouse operations. This position includes a mix of machine operation (cherry picker, sit-down forklift) and manual tasks such as picking, packing, and table work. This is not a full-time machine position.Key Responsibilities Perform floor picking and packing of customer orders Sort and organize products by style, size, and color Assist with packing operations at workstations (standing/walking required) Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including: Cherry picker Sit-down forklift

Fill in on different machines or tasks based on daily operational needs Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support team members across departments to ensure workflow efficiency QualificationsMinimum 1 year of warehouse experience required Experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers preferred (not required) Comfortable switching between equipment operation and manual labor Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and flexibility Willingness to be cross-trained and adapt to daily needsPhysical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, and moving between work areas Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to alternate between equipment operation and hands-on tasks
