Job Description Salary: Position Summary Cecil Atkission Motors is seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level automotive position is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery testing, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and report findings to service advisors Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation Ensure all work is completed according to dealership and manufacturer standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment Follow all safety policies and procedures Assist technicians and service staff as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous automotive or mechanical experience is a plus, but not requiredBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to work in varying shop temperatures Benefits May Include Competitive pay Paid training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company participation
