Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Find the root cause of complex mechanical and electrical failures under fast-paced production deadlines.

• Dual-Discipline Maintenance: Utilize mechanical skills (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) alongside electrical skills (PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, reading schematics).

• Preventative & Predictive PMs: Actively engage in facility-wide PM processes to catch issues before they cause downtime.

• Digital Workflow: Use the facility’s computer systems to track maintenance processes, manage spare parts/stores, and document work orders.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with both operations and maintenance teams, showing the ability to work effectively alone, with a partner, or as part of a larger crew.

• Continuous Learning: Maintain a willingness to cross-train and expand your technical skill set into new areas to enhance your capabilities.
