Concrete Forklift Operator:
Job Responsibilities: Operate forklift safely to move product into inventory/onto and off truck Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods Properly label product and package product for inventory Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards Load trucks with finished product for deliveryBefore loading product for shipment ensure packaging and pallet are safe and adequate for shipment Complete Daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment Cross Training for Equipment Operator Dry Side Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Follow all safety procedures Ability to carry out instructions, both written and oralMathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding of units of measure Able to work any shift Forklift Certified Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in English and Spanish While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of timeAbility to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds each, with assistance if needed, at heights from floor level to 4 feet high Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes*, and protective glasses Candidates must provide their own safety boots/shoes upon hire and will be eligible to participate in Safety Boots/Shoe Reimbursement Program after 30 days of employment
Compensation: $22-$23 per hour

Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain concrete handling (Rekers) equipment safely and efficiently Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reportingRecord and report quality data; moisture, density, height, material consumption Update communication boards and participate in shift huddle debriefs Inspect and prepare molds Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with product changes Execute Daily and Business fundamentalsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Machine Operator Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Responsibilities: Testing and measurement of AC/DC utilities Testing and measurements with multi-meters and OME meters Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools to determine root cause Perform routine electrical preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation, reliability, early failure detection, and reduce unplanned downtime on equipmentPerform necessary maintenance tasks including but not limited to the repair or replacement of defective and damaged parts, adjustments, and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test, and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment Review and comprehend blueprints, electrical schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
