Compensation elements for this role in California include: Base Pay: $110,011 per year. Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location. Requires 5 years of experience in working with cyclists to optimize performance in one of the following areas: bike fit, physiology testing, or biomechanical testing. Experience must include: Retul Bike Fit Certification; hands-on experience fitting professional cyclists for bicycles and related equipment; competitive cycling, in order to understand professional rider needs; high-level knowledge of physiology and biomechanics as related to cycling; articulating technical information to a diverse audience; and the use of computer-assisted data acquisition tools (e.g., power meters, heart rate monitors, pressure sensors, metabolic analyzers, 3-D motion capture systems etc.).
