School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Hollister

Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position. This is a high-impact opportunity to support students' behavioral and academic success while collaborating with a strong special education team.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Setting: Onsite, School-Based Caseload: Mixed grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data Maintain accurate documentation and compliance Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetingsQualifications:

Active BCBA Certification required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Compensation:

Hourly Pay Range: $55-$65 per hour based on experience Benefits (for eligible full-time employees): Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Weekly pay
