Financial Position
Definition/Basic Function: Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Operations and the Fiscal Services Supervisor, the position performs duties of a financial nature.
These activities include: student body and cafeteria accounting; purchase order production and audit; payroll production; fringe benefit billing processing and audit; state, federal and local financial report preparation; financial clerical and typing duties; bank reconciliation processing; invoice processing and other duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications: Four (4) years of college or equivalent Knowledge of: Office procedures, methods, equipment, computers and accounting; Basic auditing, bookkeeping and financial procedures; English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; Type at least 45 words per minute;Operate calculators and computers; Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

SEXUAL HARASSMENT: The Governing Board prohibits sexual harassment of district employees and job applicants.
The Board also prohibits retaliatory behavior or action against district employees or other persons who complain, testify, or otherwise participate in the complaint process established pursuant to this policy and administrative regulation.
All complaints and allegations of sexual harassment shall be kept confidential to the extent necessary to carry out the investigation or to take other subsequent necessary actions.

Any district employee or job applicant who feels that he/she has been sexually harassed or who has knowledge of any incident of sexual harassment by or against another employee, a job applicant, or a student shall immediately report the incident to his/her supervisor, the principal, the district administrator or Superintendent.
