Job Title: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner – Hospital Setting (Arizona)

Location: Glendale, Arizona

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $(phone number removed) - $200,000 per year + benefits

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and a dedicated healthcare team. You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform assessments, and deliver patient education with a focus on holistic wellness.

Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories.

Develop differential diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Arizona state laws.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers.

Provide patient and family education regarding treatment options and lifestyle modifications.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff and students.

Requirements

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Arizona.

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

National certification as an NP (e.g., AANP, ANCC) in a relevant specialty.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.

BLS and ACLS certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Exceptional interpersonal, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic experience a plus)
