We are seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team in a relief capacity. What You'll Do

Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy Assist with estimates, invoices, and financial discussionsCommunicate clearly with medical teams to support patient care and workflow Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations What We're Looking For

Previous/current veterinary receptionist experience required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-emotion emergency environment Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate presence Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and computer skillsPositive, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed CSRs play a vital role in supporting clients and medical teams during some of the most critical and emotional moments in a pet's life. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact, gain additional specialty and emergency experience, and potentially continue with the hospital in a flexible capacity.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer.
