Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth of our client base. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding individuals who are actively seeking a career transition and are ready to commit to a structured, results-driven program.

You will play a key role in balancing our operational model by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients seeking career transitions
Qualify candidates based on motivation, commitment, and long-term goals
Clearly explain our program structure, including career support and compensation model
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to align client intake with delivery capacity
Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates

Requirements
Experience in recruitment, sales, or client acquisition (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to explain complex service models in a clear and ethical manner
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High level of integrity and professionalism

Nice to Have
Experience working with international candidates

Compensation
Performance-based compensation tied to successful client onboarding
