Act as an Administrative Assistant as well as a Legal Assistant. Drafts legal and other documents as requested. Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, articles, and other sources; provides written analysis as requested. Assists with preparation or materials for meetings, councils and committees as requested.Prepare and review agreements, including employment agreements. Provide administrative support for the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Participate in the definition and development of policies, procedures and programs. Successfully complete special projects and other assignments as requested General administrative duties i.e. answering correspondence and taking telephone calls.Requirements:

Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies and a valid, current Paralegal Certification; OR five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation:

$30.00 - $34.50 per hour, depending on education and experience. Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available. Benefits:
