Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities·
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for company computer systems and IT infrastructure.·
Troubleshoot, track, and resolve end-user support requests, including providing remote support as needed.·
Follow all regulations, policies, and codes and comply with security and safety regulations.·
Provide support on projects and assignments daily. Review technical design, construction, and delivery of companywide technology solutions.·
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for review. Use discretion in handling confidential information and follow all federal, state, and local laws and company policies for document control.·
Act as the primary point of contact for Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners and provide guidance and coordination as needed.·
Gather and analyze data to support research and decision-making.·
Travel as required to meet business needs and maintain IT operations.·
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities·
Demonstrated use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.·
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret moderately complex documents.·
Ability to accurately complete moderately complex tasks efficiently and thoroughly.·
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Windows Client Operating Systems, Active Directory and Cloud Services such as Office 365, and Azure.·
Time management and organizational skills include prioritization of tasks under strict deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.·
Strong understanding of Cyber Security and understanding how to implement and maintain for a large team.·
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar field and a minimum of 4 years’ applicable experience.
