Position Overview SuperFast Kitchen and Bath is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Lead Acrylic Shower Installer

to join our growing installation team.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, maintain high quality standards, and want to be part of one of the fastest-growing kitchen and bath remodeling companies in Western Colorado.

This position focuses primarily on installation of

Bath Planet acrylic shower and bath systems.

Installers will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and strong customer communication throughout the project.

We are seeking installers who want to be among the best installers in Western Colorado and take ownership of the quality and success of every project.

Position Options We are open to: W-2 Employees Subcontractor Crews Individual installers Installer teams

Lead Installers may: Work independently Bring their own crew Be paired with an Apprentice or Journeyman Installer

Responsibilities Full Project Installation

Lead Installers are responsible for managing and completing acrylic shower installation projects including: Jobsite setup and protection Demolition and removal Plumbing

disconnect/reconnect Framing and wall preparation Installation of Bath Planet systems Shower doors and trim installation Final cleanup Customer walkthrough and project completion

Quality and Customer Experience Maintain high-quality workmanship standards Ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently Maintain clean and organized jobsites Communicate professionally with homeowners Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish

Team Leadership Lead and coordinate helpers, apprentices, or journeyman installers when assigned Help train and develop less experienced installers Maintain efficiency while upholding company quality standards

Schedule Typical schedule: 45 days per week Some projects may require longer install days depending on scope and scheduling

Compensation

W-2 Employee Option: Pay Range: $30$45/hour Based on experience, production ability, and installation quality Benefits Include: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Profit sharing opportunities Company truck and tools provided

Subcontractor Option Competitive pay structure available for qualified subcontractor crews. Subcontractors will provide: Own vehicle Own tools Valid insurance

Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Acrylic shower installation experience preferred Bath Planet or similar system experience is a plus General remodeling or bathroom installation experience considered Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Requirements Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work in active construction environments Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication
