Description
General Production Worker — 1st Shift, $15/hr

Summary

Support powdered‑metal coating production by loading parts, assisting spray‑line operations, and inspecting finished components. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and based in the Ridgway/Bootjack, PA facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load parts onto production lines and unload finished parts safely.
  • Inspect coated parts for quality and appearance.
  • Maintain lot control and follow labeling procedures.
  • Report defects or spray‑line issues immediately.
  • Assist with line changeovers and support spray‑line operators.
  • Keep work areas clean and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Perform general labor tasks and help train new team members when needed.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to perform physical production work.
  • Strong attention to detail for visual inspection.
  • Reliability and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in production or general labor .
  • Familiarity with industrial processes or coating operations.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Work Environment

  • Ridgway facility: older, louder, traditional manufacturing.
  • Bootjack facility: newer, clean, climate‑controlled.
  • Industrial setting around production and spray lines.
  • Standard attire: T‑shirt, jeans, steel‑toe footwear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgway, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
