Your daily focus will be to conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while actively mentoring your team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and boosting company profits.You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader providing project coordination, planning, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-driven leader who pays attention to detail and can command a job site with minimal supervision.

Ability to lead, mentor, and maintain team integrity.

Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Proficient with RFIs, Change Orders, and site compliance documentation.

A proactive, positive attitude backed by a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
