Red Stone Inn, a well-established hotel located in the center of Moab, Utah, is currently hiring a dependable and guest-oriented Full-Time Guest Services Associate to join our front office team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, excels in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.As a Guest Services Associate, you will represent Red Stone Inn at the front desk and play a key role in shaping each guest's stay. You'll ensure a smooth arrival and departure process while providing helpful, professional service throughout their visit. Primary duties include: Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out activitiesAnswer phone calls and assist with booking and reservation needs Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, courteous manner Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support daily operations Process guest payments and handle cash with accuracy Keep the front desk workspace clean, organized, and professionalComplete shift paperwork, reports, and daily checklists This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.
