Overview:
Position Summary (Job Description):

Follows an established cleaning schedule, performs a variety of janitorial duties to maintain distribution center building and grounds to meet QCD and customer standards for appearance, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

Keep warehouse floor clean, using both manual and electric-powered equipment

Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, shipping/receiving docks, and fence line

Collect waste material for both recycling and disposal

Maintain cleanliness of leaker boards in both the dry and chill areas

Maintain cleanliness of break room to standard

Organize and stock supply cabinets for the break room, restrooms, and locker rooms

In support of the above functions, may be assigned basic tasks related to facility maintenance

Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to safely operate an electric rider pallet jack

Ability to pass forklift certification process

Qualifications:
Qualifications Required of this Position:

Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial concepts and techniques, ability to work independently.

Possess reading and basic math skills.

Physically capable of standing, walking, and twisting while carrying up to 50 lbs. objects.

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
