Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic (A&P Certified Preferred) Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some required overtime/some options overtime) Employment Type:

Overview We are seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics with A&P certification to join a dynamic repair station environment. This role involves working on a wide variety of aircraft components in a non-production, hands-on setting. Unlike assembly-line environments, this position requires versatility and the ability to perform multiple repair techniques across different structures and materials.Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in a repair station environment Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble components to meet regulatory and quality standards Work with a variety of materials and techniques including riveting, bonding, metal forming, and composite repairsUtilize standard and specialized tools such as drills, sanders, rivet guns, and other aviation equipment Interpret technical manuals, work orders, and repair documentation Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA and company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Qualifications FAA A&P Certification required Experience in airframe and composite repair environments Background in regional aviation or repair station (Part 145) environments preferred Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical and structural repair tasks Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMust have basic personal tool kit Compensation&Work Environment Competitive hourly pay based on experience Climate-controlled facility Opportunity to work on diverse repair projects (not assembly line work) Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization
